Strength Camp

Group Starts June 1st

Classes start June 1st in Evansville, WI

Class times are 5am, 6am, 5pm, 6pm Mon. Wed. Fri.

Strength camp is 3 days/week on and M W F schedule.  Training will be 50 minutes and designed to help build strength and lean muscle.  Your coach will guide and support you in the workout.  They will help with spotting, exercise modification, and making sure you have proper form and technique.

Due to capacity restrictions and space we are putting a cap on the number of participants in each group.  This will benefit you in giving you more personal attention and support from our coach.  We will provide a safe and uplifting workout experience so you can reach your fitness goals.

Looking to shed some body fat?

Combine strength camp with our transformation program for weight loss.  We will provide meal plans and conditioning workouts you can do at home to reach your weight loss goals.  You will also get weekly Zoom calls for coaching support and accountability.  On top of that we provide you with a success manual that will help to guide you through the process.  Additional workouts will be done through our app.
