CANCELATION/PAYMENT POLICY

 

According to Chapter 423 of the Consumer Act the paying client can cancel this agreement 72 hrs after the date this agreement was signed. The consumer must send a written notice stating “I hereby cancel this contract”. No refund will be given outside the 3rd day, unless for verified medical reasons with a doctors release.

 

If you are on a three month payment plan the first payment must be made by the start of the first week or upon sign up. Any payment thereafter must be made prior or upon the fifth week and the ninth week. If payments are not made the contract will be suspended if payment is not fulfilled. 

 

Any client who does not fulfill this agreement after signing will be sent to collections for non payment.
